Team Registration

All Team enquires must in the first instance must be in writing to the league secretary Mike Breeze, Please refer to League Rules section

Players Registration & Re-register of Player

New Player

  • All sections of the application form must be completed
  • Registration form signed by both parent/guardian and player
  • Two passport size photographs, print name on both photos
    (NO PHOTOCOPIES OR LOW QUALITY PRINTED IMAGES)
  • Proof of date of birth, photocopies of birth certificate or passport
    (DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS)
  • Stamped addressed envelope for the return of the registration card
    (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SUFFICENT POSTAGE STAMPS)

Re-register

A player who has a registration card from last year with a spare line can be re-registered.

  1. Return the card
  2. New Registration form signed by both parent/guardian and player
  3. Stamped addressed envelope for the return of the registration card

However, when a card has been used for three years, a new card is required follow the same procedure for re-registering a player with the addition of a new set of photographs; proof of age is NOT required.

Player transfer

The transfer form must be completed by both managers and returned to the Registrations Secretary Allan Watt, the current team and holder of the playerís card is responsible for returning the card.

Player Cancellation

Team manager / Club official must return the player card to the League registration secretary Allan Watt, these players shall be considered free to sign for any other team in the league.

Fixtures

All fixture will be posted on the FULL TIME website and distributed to the club secretaries

  • The home team must ring the results of the match to Results Secretary before 5.30pm on the day of the match.
  • If the game is postponed for any reason this must be also be phoned in to the Results Secretary Fred Watson
  • Advance postponements must be mailed to the Fixtures Secretary well in advance of the game

Kick Off Times

Although the league is happy for teams to mutually agree when to play their matches, This includes Saturdays and any week day evenings.
However, when agreement cannot be reached the league will direct that the fixture is played Sunday afternoon or Wednesday evening if it is a midweek fixture.
Teams unable to play mornings should inform their opponents in advance of the scheduled game.

Match Result Forms

Fill in as much as you can before arriving at the ground.

  • Pink – Opposition Manager
  • Yellow – Referee
  • Blue – Your copy

Keep the white till the end of the game. Then complete white form i.e. results and referee score then post this form and the oppositions pink form to Allan Watt.

Always use first class stamp and post latest Monday to arrive with Allan for Wednesday.

Contact a referee

The league Referee Secretary designates referees for teams as the see fit. This can only be changed with permission from Referee Secretary. A team can have a qualified referee of their choice however must inform the secretary.

For teams below the 15yrs, a nominated person can officiate with the agreement from both teams.
